NEO slayer, real name James Makowane last night stormed the stage at the King Dandy Tribute Show with enough firepower to spark a gender war as he opened the stage with the After God Fear Men hit.

While the night was meant to honour the late Dandy Krazy, Neo turned it into a symposium for women tired of their cheating men.

The chaos began the moment artiste crooned his controversial anthem, After God Fear Men.

Like a Pentecostal choir on steroids with their bleached papa on stage, the women in the audience erupted into cheers with their synchronised chants louder than Neo’s microphone.

The show almost became less of a concert and more of a support group with women practically competing to see who could shout “fear men” the loudest.

As the women hollered and sang every word with the conviction of people who have receipts to prove their pain, the men in the crowd suddenly found themselves on an emotional roasting pan.

Many stood awkwardly at the edges, pretending they were deeply interested in the stage lights or pretending to take calls that didn’t exist.

Neo also sang A Woman’s Prayer, another hit designed to tug at the heartstrings of every woman who’s ever looked at love and said, “will I ever find true love.”

The performance reached its peak when Neo delivered After God Fear Men’s most scathing lines:

“You can cook, love him in all languages and even perform Olympic level acrobatics in the bedroom but a man will still cheat. Umwaume temunobe (a man is not your friend,” sang the crowd.

This song made a few heartbroken single men sing along as both genders sang widely, “Bushe wanga ine munamupanga, olo vama love vinanikanga chabe!”
